Member is a huge bureaucracy, it is a logical consequence, a well-oiled machine. I see the Arab factor weighing on the decision was taken.
Worth a try if someone do, but recognize that luck plays a big role in this process.

I checked the data for 2005 (latest available). Requests for exemption for people with inherited is not among the ten categories. In addition, a history of malignancy disqualification, regardless of a period of remission after treatment. Therefore, I doubt that an application should be successful in the exemption. The source below is the standard for the condition.

If the cancer has, has been eliminated and have passed for some time without a relapse, you can try to surrender. If you are in remission, the chances for a waiver void.

How long do they have free of cancer? I think that at least five years prior to the examination of the repeal. If you lost a kidney, but not enter, never again.

When we say clean and healthy means that you have cancer, and if so can I say, press for the resignation, but if you currently have cancer, then the chances are zero
